The Weekend

Three Days. One Room. No Distractions.

This is a working retreat. Mornings you learn. Afternoons you play. Evenings you talk shop over dinner and a cigar. By Sunday you leave with a plan for the next twelve months.

Day 1 · Content
Friday

Brand and marketing, operations, finance and capital. The day that rewires your next twelve months.

8:30 Arrivals & breakfast on the clubhouse terrace. Retreat VIPs check into your on-property home; Day Passes drive up.
9:30 Buck Wise. Brand, AI, and social as a pipeline. How operators compound reach without hiring an agency.
11:30 Nick Liput. Scaling ops without losing the jobsite. The exact systems behind a multi-division build.
1:00 Lunch on-property. Open mic: your biggest bottleneck.
2:30 Jeff Jessen. CFO-grade finance for owner-operators. What your P&L is hiding. How capital actually moves at scale.
6:30 Welcome dinner at the clubhouse. Sixteen operators, three faculty, one long table. Fireside & cigars to close.
Day 2 · Retreat
Saturday

Golf the Weiskopf. Afternoon your way. Long-table dinner.

7:30 Breakfast on the terrace.
9:00 Tee times on the Weiskopf. Four groups out. Scorecards optional, stories mandatory.
2:00 Choose your afternoon: fly-fish on Brush Creek, spa, 4x4 up to the high alpine, or a second round.
6:30 Long-table dinner. Cocktails, cigars, clubhouse close.
Day 3 · Close
Sunday

Leave with a twelve-month plan.

7:30 Breakfast on the terrace. Final accountability partner pairings.
8:30 Roundtable, your twelve-month plan. All three faculty in the room.
10:00 Send-off. Shuttles to EGE. Your plan is the product.

Three Operators. Three Disciplines.

Brand and marketing, operations, finance and capital. Taught by operators who actually run these businesses. Not coaches, not consultants.

What You Leave Colorado With

01

A Brand That Compounds

AI, social, and search as one pipeline instead of three. Buck's playbook for turning your founder voice into qualified leads every week, without an agency retainer.

02

Ops That Run Without You

Nick's actual systems for bidding, production rates, and estimated-vs-actual across two hundred-plus luxury builds. The real documents. Not a case study.

03

Capital You Control

CFO-grade financial literacy from a man who runs the books at an eight-billion-dollar company. Your hourly cost, your true margin, and the number that actually predicts next year.

04

The Room You'll Keep

Fifteen other founders who walked the same three days. A private group chat after you leave. The accountability partner you pick over dinner Saturday night.
